Polynucleotides are a bio-revitalising skin injectable designed to help stimulate fibroblast and collagen production in the skin. They can be used to treat the under-eye area to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and under-eye bags, as well as treating the face, neck, chest and hands to restore tightness to the skin.
WHAT ARE POLYNUCLEOTIDES?
Polynucleotides are a bio-revitalising skin injectable derived from salmon DNA. They are used to promote tissue regeneration by stimulating fibroblasts - the cells which produce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. They also have anti-inflammatory properties and repair the skins natural barrier.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The treatment area is cleaned and sterilised. Using a fine needle, the polynucleotide solution is then injected superficially into targeted areas of the skin.
WHERE CAN IT BE USED?
Treatment areas include the face, under-eye, neck, chest and hands.
They can also be used on stretch marks and scars to help improve their appearance.
WHEN CAN I SEE RESULTS?
A difference in skin quality will appear between 2 to 3 weeks post treatment and full effects will be seen after 3 months.
For best results lasting up to 18 months, we recommend 2-3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
